Quality Standards

These standards are expected to be executed 100% of the time and are benchmarked weekly.

  • Answer the phone within three rings.
  • Business hours are 7:45am to 5:45pm. No incoming calls answered by voice mail during the day.
  • Respond to each customer inquiry no later than one hour.
  • Meet with new client at client office before placement of new employees.
  • Conduct our 11 Step Hiring Process before placement of any candidate.
  • Perform "Quality Calls" for each customer during new employees’ first week.
  • Provide a daily satisfaction guarantee on our employees.
  • Fill each job order on time.
  • Have our Convert-to-Hire employees convert to clients’ payroll without turnover.
  • Have our placed employees maintain perfect attendance while on our payroll.
  • Have all of our placed employees work 100% of their weekly schedules.
  • Collect all timecards by noon Tuesday.
  • Conduct exit interviews on 100% of termed employees.
  • Bill clients accurately.
