- Laundry/Linen - Your bed change and linens used per room policies are your business. It is our job to execute them to maximize guest satisfaction and comfort. Better linen utilization will result in a reduction of linen costs.
- Banquet/Setup - Banquet customers spend a lot of money on their event. Your reputation and image is being judged by dozens or hundreds of people attending the event. The stakes are higher at a banquet than for a room renter. Your staff is visible- front and center in the middle of your customer’s event. Ramping up for a large event or down for a smaller event can be troublesome. We understand. We have the pool of professional help to deliver the results you need to meet your customer’s expectations.
